October came with clear, sunny weather.
For a few days now, we have not seen rain. It's been bright, warm, and dry.
And you can feel it everywhere. The environment is active again. The streets are buzzing, business is moving, people are outside. If you know what I mean. Lol.
Even some roads that were waterlogged before are drying up now.
And the laundry - imagine washing clothes and they actually dry the same day! Something we've been missing since the rain became intense. Well, except for those with washing machines!
After all the rains, chilly weather and all, this sunshine is a real relief, I tell you. It keeps the day bright and warm, and in the evening, it leaves that orange glow in the sky.
The other day after choir practice, I was still inside our church premises, about to leave, when I looked out toward the other side of the city and saw the sky.
The sun was already gone, but it left this beautiful orange glow behind. The sky was changing from light to dark, and the lights in the distance were already coming on.
It was so calm and peaceful, a reminder that nighttime was near. I couldn't let the moment pass without capturing it, so I quickly took a few shots.
