The rains are here, and trying to get out and about with it, is a task on its own. That and Glenda (my phone), acting up, has put me behind on this fitness project ish, however, today I broke that chain, and got out, even in the rain, then I completed the rest of the business whilst dancing to Tay Tay indoors, it was a wonderful experience. She'd be proud of me.
