1.Utu-Ekpe festival....This festival is common amongst the annang clan.It is an annual festival with displays ranging from climbing a rope with a bike,different masquerade displays,initiation rites etc.It comes up during mid-september annually..
NKIM ITONG..This is a cultural stunt display among the Ibibio part of Akwa ibom.The play stages stunt displays where an individual is stabbed with a knife but suddenly comes out from another entrance hale and hearty..
FOOD
In Akwa ibom,we have different dishes both suitable for local and intercontinental standard
1.EDIKAIKONG SOUP..This dish is prepared with vegetables and waterleaf,other ingredients include..crayfish,fresh pepper,maggi cubes,oil palm,watersnail,salt for seasoning...its a really delicious delicacy.
2.NKUKWO..A local dish prepared with mashed plantain,salt to season,periwenkles,dried fish,oil palm,pepper,maggi cubes and optional fish...you would enjoy this meal served hot..
