And whenever you take care of something God allows you to reap what you sow as they say. My mom and dad almost didn't let me do anything because I was the guest, but don't believe I did enough walking 😃, then we arrived at the house with our corn and there began the good thing to unhull that little masorcas and then shelled and cut them, and then grind them in a special machine called (Molino). Then, as I was not allowed to do anything, I looked for several vegetables to prepare a chicken with enough sauce to accompany the delicious cachapas. While my mom was chopping the corn I was making the chicken and really that day was very special to share their happiness makes me happy too. Hello beautiful people! ✨ I hope that today you are feeling super well and with the best vibes in the world, I am super happy because I will talk about one of the things that I am most passionate about and that is pole dancing 👯‍♂, in this post I will show you the continuation of my beginnings, as you know I see pole dance classes twice a week, it's not much but considering my schedule and the days I have free it's fine, the first pose to show is a genius variation 🧞‍♂, it's It was extremely easy for me because the previous days I had done the genius pose 🧞, then I did handstand, in my second class of the week we did doubles, which is pole dance as a couple 👯‍♀, it was super fun to see group classes and live with The rest of us all support each other and it was something that I really liked because everything is much easier in company 🫶🏻, in my third class I did a pose called little ball which is simple and later you will see some variations of these and I also did prayer, what was shown was something extremely basic, they are the bases for other poses, it is relatively simple, it is a little easier for me because I have been dancing since I was little, the truth is that it has always caught my attention pole dance and I'm glad to do it now ❤️. Hello Hivers today I come to talk about the spicy and how eating a spicy snack made me start to investigate and reflect a little, I do not usually consume spicy foods, I do not hate it but I do not love it either, and you may wonder why the post is about the spicy? Recently my sister sent things from Colombia to Venezuela, among them some snacks, and there were several packages of a spicy snack, of this snack I had already tried the one that is not spicy and only has lemon, its name is choclito and alludes to the fact that the product is made from corn, an interesting fact is that in Colombia is called choclo to the tender corn cob, and in Venezuela it is called Jojoto.

The image says it all 😡 I tell you, I am dedicated to manage social networks of doctors and health centers, ie I do medical marketing and to develop my work is vital apart from my equipment, electricity 💡 and a good internet connection.
