In the busy and sometimes crazy world, we're in, it's really important to stay connected to ourselves for our happiness. With lots of things happening all the time, we need to do things that help us feel stable and calm especially to me whose personality is pure rage and grunts. Haha
Here are my three additional lifestyle that helps maintain my serenity.

Exercising: Cultivating Physical Resilience
Regular physical activity isn't just about staying in shape; it's more about keeping healthy condition of myself. I have trouble breathing actually, and my chest hurts a lot. My body's thin and it's not screaming cholesterol but, I feel heavy and bloated and aching most of the time.
Hiking up the mountain every day, gasping for air, perspiring a lot when almost everyone is still in bed having sweet dreams; it's tough.
To make it consistent, hiking, I put animals on the farm so that if I don't exercise, they'll starve. Works like magic, I've been faithful to my routine.
Engaging in exercise releases endorphins, those feel-good neurotransmitters that help alleviate stress and promote a positive outlook.
If I left home so upset, so angry; surely when I get back, I'm dancing and light on my feet humming. I released whatever may be hanging on my head that would make me drag my feet all day.
See? It's wonderful.
Talking to Loved Ones: Nurturing Emotional Connections
In an era of digital communication, the value of genuine human connection cannot be overstated. Engaging in heartfelt conversations with loved ones helps us feel understood, supported, and validated. Whether it's sharing laughter, venting frustrations, or discussing dreams, these interactions remind us of our place in a network of relationships. They offer solace in knowing that no matter how overwhelming life may seem, there are people who care about us and are willing to listen.
I tend to talk to my Grandma, my Mom, and my sister. Fortunately, if one is not available, I have the other two reserved.
Finding Solitude: Quiet Time with God's Word in the morning to wake up and Netflix at night to get drowsy.
I love coffee.
I wake up earlier than everyone else for me to enjoy a quiet time with God and coffee. I read and edited images to share on social media and get ready for the hike to the farm, extended alone time as I left home getting upset because some things were still undone the day before. After the hike, I could smile. Haha
Services like Netflix allow me to take a break from everything and enjoy shows or movies alone at night. This helps me escape from my daily responsibilities.
My happy pill or sleeping pill recently is The Gentleman's League 2, a variety show of Legends in sports in South Korea. While other players are still active, there are retired players who give soccer a chance to be enjoyed.
I watch Korean dramas still but not regularly, more like when I kind of need extreme emotion to cry or laugh.馃槃
By picking what we watch carefully and using this time wisely, we can make a place for unwinding and refreshing our minds. I can even think about deep things especially from the Coach's words of encouragement at times in injury or in losing the game.
Each of my strategies addresses a different aspect of my well-being: physical, emotional, and mental.
In conclusion, I'm staying grounded because of a conscious effort to prioritize my well-being. By engaging in regular exercise, nurturing emotional connections with loved ones, and embracing quiet time with platforms like Netflix, I can establish a foundation of balance and resilience. I'm not all work and not all fun. It's kind of funny for it took me a long time to balance this out. Lol
