Hello beautiful people! ✨ I hope that today you are feeling super well and with the best vibes in the world, I am super happy because I will talk about one of the things that I am most passionate about and that is pole dancing 👯♂, in this post I will show you the continuation of my beginnings, as you know I see pole dance classes twice a week, it's not much but considering my schedule and the days I have free it's fine, the first pose to show is a genius variation 🧞♂, it's It was extremely easy for me because the previous days I had done the genius pose 🧞, then I did handstand, in my second class of the week we did doubles, which is pole dance as a couple 👯♀, it was super fun to see group classes and live with The rest of us all support each other and it was something that I really liked because everything is much easier in company 🫶🏻, in my third class I did a pose called little ball which is simple and later you will see some variations of these and I also did prayer, what was shown was something extremely basic, they are the bases for other poses, it is relatively simple, it is a little easier for me because I have been dancing since I was little, the truth is that it has always caught my attention pole dance and I'm glad to do it now ❤️. Hola gente bella! ✨ Espero que el día de hoy se encuentren súper bien y con las mejores vibras del mundo, yo estoy súper feliz porque les hablaré de una de las cosas que más me apasiona y es el pole dance 👯♂, en este post les mostraré la continuación de mis inicios, como saben yo veo clases de pole dance dos veces a la semana, no es mucho pero considerando mi horario y los días que tengo libre está bien, la primera pose a mostrar es una variación de genio 🧞♂, está se me hizo sumamente fácil debido a que días anteriores había realizado la pose genio 🧞, luego realicé handstand, en mi segunda clase de la semana realizamos duplas lo cual es pole dance en pareja 👯♀, fué súper divertido ver clases grupales y convivir con los demás, todos nos apoyamos entre todos y fué algo que me gustó mucho debido a que se hace todo mucho más fácil en compañía 🫶🏻, en mi tercera clase realicé una pose llamada bolita la cual es sencilla y más adelante verán algunas variaciones de estás y también realicé prayer, lo mostrado fué algo sumamente básico, son las bases para otras poses, es relativamente sencillo, a mí se me facilita un poco más debido a que estuve en danza desde pequeña, la verdad es que siempre me ha llamado la atención el pole dance y me alegra hacerlo ahora ❤️.
