This is the sunset you will see in Brighton (UK) in late Winter (march) if you go to the Fortune of War pub at the seafront. In the water, you can also see the remains of the West Pier.
The photo was taken with a Fujifilm digital camera (FinePix S2000HD/S2100HD), and was not modified in Photoshop. The over-saturated colour red was indeed an issue with that camera, but for this specific capture, it created a beautiful effect.
