Material:
200 gr tapioca flour
1 teaspoon agar2 powder
2 tsp sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder
200 ml of boiling water

1/2 grain of grated coconut
leaves pandan sufficiently

How to make:

1. Steamed grated coconut, pandan leaves, and a little salt for 10 minutes. Set aside.
2. Mix all other ingredients. Pour boiling water into a flour mixture, stirring quickly until it is clumped and flat. Let cool.
3. Stir the hand with flour, then for the dough and give pasta / dye according to taste. Form dough and boil in boiling water which is given 1 tbsp vegetable oil, after float leave in a moment. Drain.
4. Jump straight to the steamed coconut shredded. Serve with a sprinkling of granulated sugar or a red sugar jelly.
