Hello Splinterlands warriors and welcome back to my blog! Ujurak Brave is a common unit from the Rebellion reward set, belonging to the Death Splinter. It is a defensive melee unit that works well as a frontline tank, especially against enemies that rely on magic attacks. In today's post, we'll go over his lore, his stats and abilities as well as show a battle where he fought against a magic team.

Lore

The Ujurak Tribe of Panopia migrated from Azmare to Praetoria, where they initially prospered before the Chaos Empire invaded and seized their resources. Many Ujurak braves were conscripted into the empire’s legions and forced to serve in brutal campaigns across Feranon and Stonetown. Despite facing constant death and suffering, they refuse to surrender to despair. As rebellion spreads, they await the day they can overthrow the empire, return home and rebuild their lives.

Stats and Abilities

The Ujurak Brave is a six mana common Death tank. At maxed level, he deals three melee damage and has three speed. On defense, he has four armor and nine health. He only has two abilities: Immunity and Silence. This makes him a good unit in rulesets like Noxious Fumes. He's also a great card against magic teams owing to his Silence ability.

Featured Battle

In this battle, the Ujurak Brave was my main tank that led my magic damage dealers. This is my usual set up when using the Death splinter. A strong tank followed by my magic damage dealers. The notable units are: Grimshield Hexpriest who deals three magic damage and has Magic Reflect making him a good anti magic second tank. Next is Mindless Thrall whose speed fits his Phase ability that's also a good defensive ability against magic attackers. Another unit that deals three magic damage is Gravebrand Warlock who also has Swiftness ability that adds speed to the team and Execute, a clutch ability that finishes enemies when their health goes two and below. Next is Sorrow Harvester who debuffs the enemy team's health. Lastly, I had my healer Arachne Weaver.

The enemy had the same setup but his tank was Nim Guard Captain followed by magic damage dealers. Their team is weaker than mine and my magic debuff was better than Nim Guard Captain's Void ability.
