Mi padre siempre fue un hombre trabajador y dedicado a su familia. Desde muy joven se esforzó en conseguir un buen trabajo para poder brindarnos a mí y a mis hermanos una vida cómoda, y nunca dejó de lado su responsabilidad como padre. Recuerdo que desde pequeña nos llevaba a un campo a sembrar, matas y semillas todos los fines de semana para fomentar nuestro amor a la tierra y a el trabajo.

A pesar de que a veces trabajaba largas horas, siempre procuraba pasar tiempo de calidad con nosotros. Los domingos eran sagrados: siempre nos llevaba a pasear, a comer helado o a visitar a nuestros abuelos. Incluso en los momentos más difíciles.

¿Qué recuerdo de papá?

Los valores que me ha dejado mi padre es que la palabra que damos a los demás debe ser sagrada, y si algo me recuerda a mi padre es el sentido de la lealtad y del trabajo.

Pero sin duda alguna algo que no olvido de mi papá es su buen humor combinado con lo estricto que era.

Cuando mi padre falleció, hace ya varios años, sentí un vacío inmenso en mi corazón. Había perdido al hombre más importante de mi vida, a mi guía y mi consejero. Pero también supe que tenía que honrar su legado, y que la mejor forma de hacerlo era seguir su ejemplo.

Recordé todas las enseñanzas que mi padre me había dado: la importancia del trabajo duro, el valor de la educación y la necesidad de ser un buen ser humano. Me propuse seguir su ejemplo, no solo para honrar su memoria, sino para crear mi propio camino y darle una vida significativa a mi familia.

En los momentos más difíciles, siempre he recordado las palabras de mi padre. Su ejemplo me ha ayudado a superar obstáculos y a seguir adelante, incluso cuando la vida parecía imposible de manejar. Gracias a él, hoy puedo decir que soy una persona fuerte y dedicada, que busca siempre el bienestar de su familia y el de los demás.

Si algo me enseñó la muerte de mi padre es que el amor no muere. Aunque ya no esté fisicamente presente, su legado sigue vivo en mí y en todos aquellos que lo conocieron. Su amor y su ejemplo siempre estarán conmigo, guiándome en mi camino y enriqueciendo mi vida.
