Hoy quiero compartir con todos ustedes c贸mo pase mi d铆a en un compartir familiar donde tuve la oportunidad de realizar unas deliciosas cachapas de ma铆z 馃尳
A mi esposo le hicieron un obsequio un amigo le regal贸 un saco de ma铆z 馃尳 y por la 茅poca de vacaciones nos reunimos en familia y decidimos realizar unas deliciosas cachapas.
Today I want to share with all of you how I spent my day in a family gathering where I had the opportunity to make some delicious corn cachapas 馃尳. My husband received a gift from a friend who gave him a bag of corn 馃尳 and because of the vacations we got together as a family and decided to make some delicious cachapas.
El saco de ma铆z trae 100 unidades de ma铆z, donde decidimos elaborar las Cachapas y nos tomo para realizarla toda la tarde y parte de la noche 馃槝
The bag of corn brings 100 units of corn, where we decided to elaborate the Cachapas and it took us all afternoon and part of the night to make it 馃槝.

Preparaci贸n:
Paso 1
Pelar el ma铆z, por ser una cantidad considerable lo realizamos en familia

Se desgrana el ma铆z 馃尳 en una taza grande

Con el ayudante de cocina se va agregando tazas de ma铆z 馃尳 para molerlo

Una vez molido porque estaba muy tierno y boto bastante leche no hubo necesidad de agregarle m谩s nada, solo se le agrego az煤car al gusto y sal, se amasa para mezclar bien

Se prende el fuego y se calienta una plancha, con un cuchar贸n de sopa de agarra la medida, que fue la porci贸n que se agrego para cocinar

Para un total de 100 unidades de ma铆z 馃尳 se sacaron con la medida antes mencionada 30 cachapas
