I haven't joined in the last few days, but today is a very special one and I couldn't miss it!
Happy International Coffee Day! Greatings to all of you, coffee lovers!
Coffee is a special drink - it wakes us up, motivates us, calms us down when we have a hard time and most importantly always makes our day better!
And I shared this day with a very special person for me! We all love cappuccino, Viennese coffee, latte, macchiato and other interesting coffee drinks. But on such a holiday I could not bet on my favorite classic - pure, rich and aromatic coffee.
And who doesn't love the irresistible Lavazza! One of the most amazing coffees in the world. I love it so much, I can enjoy it every single day. And as a true coffee lover, I drank a double espresso today and enjoyed every sip. And even if you have a hard day or a difficult moment, you forget for a moment, you immerse yourself in this pleasure and it seems as if the problems no longer seem so big!
And as I have said many times, coffee is even better in the company of a dessert that so nicely complements with its sweetness the bitter taste of coffee.
And with both the coffee and the dessert, I bet on one of my favorite classics. Biscuit cake with mascarpone .....
Irresistible magic that melts in your mouth.
The cake itself is in the form of balls, not the classic pieces. The softness of the mascarpone in combination with the crunchy biscuits and the chocolate topping are really something you can hardly resist.
For such moments it is worth stopping the hectic daily life and enjoying the little joys in life. I'm glad I was able to eat this great cake and drink a favorite coffee. That's how I celebrated this holiday!
