Life is not always characterized by excitement and happiness. Ups and downs occur, and sometimes the weight of everything becomes too heavy. I frequently experience a feeling of overwhelm due to family expectations, career challenges, friendships, environmental issues, and government officials.

Whenever life gets tough, I always find myself drawn to the beach.

Despite my worries, the sound of waves crashing against the shore and the endless horizon give me space to breathe. The wind helps me clear my mind. The sea serves as a reminder to me that everything comes and goes, just like the tides.

The experience of being underwater is unique. I find myself in a quiet space, surrounded by silence and movement, and I feel a deep sense of security that everything will be alright. Panic should be avoided, replacing it with focus, presence, and the quiet joy of seeing something truly beautiful. Breathing slowly, letting go, and paying attention to what really matters is what the ocean teaches me to do.
Sitting on the beach and watching the sunset and sunrise disappear as they disappear is something I appreciate. The sun is a reflection of our problems, which come and go, which reminds me. Like the sun, they eventually diminish, and a new day begins, brimming with positive energy.

I released myself at the beach. I give myself the freedom to feel, think, or not think at all.

I am grateful to India United for hosting this contest.
