Hello everyone in the community. Today I woke up wanting to share something that has been circling in my head all week — the fact that sometimes life gives you those reality checks that force you to stop dead in your tracks.

Just a few days ago, I got sick. Nothing serious, just one of those viral bugs going around, but enough to knock me into bed and make me feel truly awful. And in the middle of the fever, the aches and the exhaustion, with my little girl wandering around the house, there was only one thought that wouldn't let me rest: "Please don't let her catch it." I wasn't thinking about work, or the projects I had pending, or the goals I had set for this month. All of that suddenly took a back seat. Absolutely everything shrank.

When you're sick, you realize that your goals, your plans, your daily worries... it all comes down to one single thing: being well. Being well yourself so you can be well with others, so you can take care of your loved ones. And there, in that fragility, I understood something we often forget in the rush of everyday life: health is the most valuable thing we have. It's the foundation we build everything else on.
And that gratitude is what I want to share with you today. Because yes, sometimes we get sick, sometimes life hits the brakes, but if we have the blessing of recovering, of having health that sustains us, that alone is reason enough to give thanks. Health is the starting point for achieving every one of our dreams.
So here I am, still recovering, but with a heart full of gratitude and a lesson learned: health isn't just the most important thing — it's everything. Let's take care of it, be grateful for it, and never forget that no matter how far we want to go, it all starts with being well.
Thanks for reading. I wish you all health and wellness. 🙏
