Mustang Aloo which is nothing but a fried potato mixed with spicy ingredients. The potatoes and all the ingredients used in it are made in Mustang district of Nepal, which is located in the Himalaya. Its a perfect snack and is good to consume with any other food. These potatoes grown in Mustang are organic.
The name of this dish sounds pretty funny. It is called "Drums of Hell" but in other word you can called it spicy chicken wings. It is prepared by mixing a sauce called Hell or something like that which is very spicy and hot. This is not for me, only for spicy lover. My friend ordered this but I didn't even take a single bite because my nose was already paining due to the smell of sauce flowing from it and I decided to avoid it haha.
