I had this meal on Tuesday of this week before my flight to Australia. My body was craving for this spicy mutton meat very badly and so I decided to have it. The mutton meat is cooked in an earthen clay pot with a garlic and onion and some other spices. Since it is cooked in clay pot it gives a earthen smell. I ate it with beaten puffed rice, a raddish pickle and a dalmoth. This dish is a traditional dish of people living in the southern part of the country. The pot is usually cooked over a burning charcoal rather than an open fire.
