The other day @giftylefty invited me to go for a lunch at another newly opened restaurant in our town. The above dish was a unique food served by this restaurant. It is known as Kurkure MOMO. Kurkure is a popular spicy stick like crunchy food produced by an Indian company. And the MOMO also got its name as it is crunchy but recipes used are completely different. After dumpling is cooked by steaming in hot water, it is then coated with cornflakes or breadcrumbs and then fried in hot oil until it turns brown. The fillings inside the dumpling was of beef meat.
The name of this food is Buff Sandheko. It is spicy and sour at the same time. Made by mixing boiled buff with onion, tomatoes, mustard oil and other spices like: sichuan pepper, salt, turmeric, chili powder and topped by coriander leaves.
This is a popular food of Nepal known as Potato Stick. It is made by frying boiled potatoes dipped in chickpeas powder in frying oil pan. The outer part is crunchy as well.
Chicken sausage with some chaat masala sprinkled over it. And also some tomatoes chutney and chili chutney to accompany it.
