This is a Filipino Style "Palabok". It's basically premium Bihon noodles served with this mouth-watering sauce that melts in your mouth. it also has a lot of topping that will make this "Palabok" heavenly like food. This thing was actually introduced by early Filipino-Chinese in our country. They have contributed a lot in terms of food and pure blooded Filipino like me loves it.
