My wife an I are in the process of moving and we are currently staying at her parents place. We have established a daily routine here where I typically make us breakfast in the morning and she makes us coffees on the fancy espresso machine. Today I happened to breake our routine though by only making myself breakfast. After seeing a dissapointed look on my wifes face at seeing me eat my eggs and toast, I figured I'd try to make it up to her by making the coffee's.
I started with my coffee.
"Okay here we go."
Pushing lots of buttons. Spin the dial a few times. Hit start and we're off!
"On my way to a delicious cup of coffee."
Sighing to myself, with satisfaction "Ahh, the perfect cup of coffee!"
Now to make my wife's delicious beverage.
"What was it you wanted again - a latte?"
With enthusiasm, "Okay great! Coming right up. Won't take a minute."
To myself with an air of confidence. "Okay, this is a bit more challenging I see. But, I do have a master degree so I'm sure I can figure this out."
Insert the milk container - Check.
Spin the dial - check.
Push all the buttons - check.
After a long pause the machine starts making noise. "It's working, Perfect!"
To myself, "Hmm. Is there supposed to be that much steemed milk? Seems like there is a bit too much. Well, I've come this far. No turning back now."
"Now I just need to add the coffee."
Turn the dial and push a few more buttons and "yesss! Its working again."
To the machine now. "Yep, good work that will do."
"That will do..."
"That will do..."
"Yep, okay thats enough."
"Okay stop! Ohhhh you #%!#% #!%$ %#@!!"
"Okay, here's your coffee! Enjoy."
Note: This is my first post using Palnet so it was meant to be a bit of a test run to experiment with the application and see how things go. If things go well I figure I'll continue to use it for posting :)
The post was originally supposed to be something like "making the perfect latte" or something cheesy like that - hence the pictures. I think this is better though hahaha.
But anyway, so far so good with Palnet. Seems really easy and straight forward.
