I want to share with you a delicious recipe, it is a sweet snack whose star is the sweet potato, I mean “sweet potato snack”. These are very tasty and natural, I am sure you will like them.
Quiero compartir con ustedes una receta deliciosa, es una merienda dulce que tiene como estrella la batata, me refiero a “ bocadillos de batata”. , estos son muy sabrosos y naturales, estoy segura que te gustarán.
You will need the following ingredients:
Necesitarás los siguientes ingredientes:
• 1 large sweet potato.
• 1 cup of sugar.
• 1/3 cup of water.
• Silicone molds.
• 1 batata grande.
• 1 taza de azúcar.
• 1/3 de taza de agua.
• Moldes de silicona.
First we chop our sweet potatoes, we boil them until soft.
Primero picamos nuestras batata, la hervimos hasta ablandar.
Then, we peel the already boiled sweet potato and mash it very well.
Luego, pelamos la batata ya hervida y la trituramos muy bien.
Next, we pour the crushed sweet potato, sugar and water into a pot, stir until incorporated.
Seguidamente, vertimos en una olla la batata triturada, azúcar y agua, revolvemos hasta incorporar.
We take this preparation to the fire over medium heat and with a wooden paddle we constantly stir.
Llevamos al fuego esta preparación a fuego medio y con una paleta de madera removemos constantemente .
We will know that it is ready when the mixture dries a bit and peels off the walls of the pot.
Sabremos que ya esta lista cuando la mezcla se seque un poco y se despegue de las paredes de la olla.
Immediately with the help of a spoon we pour into the silicone molds to form the sandwiches, if you do not have these molds spread on a tray, we must let these sandwiches dry for a few hours and then we can enjoy.
Inmediatamente con ayuda de una cuchara vertimos en los moldes de silicona para formar los bocadillos, si no tienes estos moldes extiende en una bandeja, debemos dejar secar unas horas estos bocadillos y luego podemos disfrutar.
