Strawberries and Spinach
I have some strawberries that I buy these days, in our country is the fruit at this time of season, therefore, I find it at affordable prices, after I wash them very well, I put them in the freezer, until I can use it, as we know this fruit contains many antioxidant properties, contains fiber, minerals, plenty of water, is a carrier of vitamin C, I love to eat it naturally, in ice cream, I also use them in baking, I prepare them as jam, and this time we will turn them into a rich energizing smoothie.
When we go out very early after breakfast my husband and I drink a glass of this delicious smoothie because we feel that it fills us with energy, and despite the heat and the heat of the street, we stay active, but this fruit fused with spinach gives us much more energy, which also has great properties and together, they are a good combination of vitamins, minerals, then the secret of not exhausting us when we walk a lot, is this wonderful drink. I'm lucky I don't buy spinach because lately I've been growing it at home, and that's why I can combine it with many dishes and drinks. It's an infinitely healthy and fresher crop, because it doesn't contain pesticides and it's very easy to grow.
Luckily, nowadays drinks have become a source of necessity to keep us healthy, since the multiple nutrients combined with fruits and vegetables, which these foods provide us with, complement the diet and contribute to the proper functioning of our body. This time I am preparing it to hydrate us due to the excess of heat in our country.

Fresas y Espinacas
