Recycling With Anime
Warm greetings, friends of DIYHub. This time I come with a proposal, where I take advantage of an unusual material for recycling, transforming it into something useful and pleasing to the eye. A new object that a child, or even an adult, is sure to love. The creation resulted in a decorated boat, which can be transported and was very comfortable.

Reciclando Con Anime
Un saludo cordial, amigos de DIYHub. En esta oportunidad vengo con una propuesta, donde aprovecho un material poco usual, para el reciclaje, transformándolo en algo útil y agradable a la vista. Un nuevo objeto que de seguro le va a encantar a un niño, y por no a un adulto. La creación resultó un barquito decorado, que se puede transportar y resultó muy cómodo.
Some time ago I bought a washing machine. As we know, these appliances come in boxes and well protected to avoid shocks during transportation. Inside was a very strong anime to prevent the tub from moving. When I decided to throw away all the fodder, I realized that the anime inside could be useful for something and with great patience I kept it, until I got an idea to transform it into a different object. And it turned out to be something positive, to make it I present the materials.
Hace un tiempo compré una lavadora. Como sabemos, estos electrodomésticos vienen en cajas y bien resguardados para evitar golpes en el traslado. En su interior traía un anime muy fuerte para evitar que la tina se moviera. Cuando decidí tirar a la basura todo el forraje, me di cuenta de que el anime que llevaba adentro podría servir para algo y con gran paciencia lo guardé, hasta que me llegara una idea para transformarlo en un objeto diferente. Y resultó algo positivo, para realizarlo les presento los materiales.
Materials:
- Recycled fabric scraps
- A recycled anime
- A box cutter
- A pointed object
- Pencil, if you wish to make shapes
- A piece of foam rubber
- Silicone and silicone gun
- Scissors
- Recycled paper
Materiales:
- Retazos de tela reciclada
- Un anime reciclado
- Un cúter
- Un objeto con punta
- Lápiz, si deseas hacer formas
- Un pedazo de goma espuma
- Silicona y pistola para silicona

- Papel bond.
Procedure:
We take the anime, we begin to paint a doodle and then we go cutting, to then embed the fabric. As we work on it, a design will emerge, until we finish everything.
Procedimiento:
Tomamos el anime, comenzamos a pintar un garabato y luego vamos cortando, para luego incrustar la tela. A medida que lo vamos trabajando va saliendo un diseño, hasta que terminemos todo.
Note: Do not use the lids.
Nota: Las tapas, no las utilice.
Now we take the foam rubber and give it a half-round shape, we make a pattern, so that it will be the seat of the bench. We use a cardboard to give it more support and glue it to the foam rubber.
Ahora tomamos la goma espuma y le damos forma semiredonda, sacamos un patrón, para que sea el asiento del banco. Utilizamos un cartón para darle más soporte y lo pegamos a la goma espuma.
Then we cover it with fabric, making a round shape and then we make pegs and start gluing, then we place the buttons.
Luego lo forramos con tela, haciéndole la forma redonda y luego le hacemos piquetes y comenzamos a pegar, luego colocamos los botones
We used another cardboard and lined it with fabric to cover the seams, and finally we placed two strips to fix the cushion. Very colorful, a nice and didactic work to teach children.
Utilizamos otro cartón y forramos con tela para tapar las costuras, y finalmente colocamos dos tiras, para fijar el cojín. Muy colorido, un trabajo bonito y didáctico para enseñar a los niños.
