At home we always make something to share in family, especially children expect grandma prepares something sweet to eat. Well, my sons also expect me to cook something different. I don't know why people get so happy because of food, but it seems to be an important part when sharing in family.

At home we are very buzy on Sundays. For us this is a resting day because of our religion. Resting day means for the family to be occupied in God's activities instead of sleeping, cleaning or enjoying ourself. We dedicate our time in serving people. My children organized meetings on line with the members of the church to give direction in many topics, yesterday they sent food to some people needed. My husband and I investigated names for the family tree and added sources to the records found, and the children played and wait for the cake.

I made this cake because is a favorite. There are some secrets to make this cake and I will share two of them. One is adding 1 cup of milk with one tablespoon of vinegar until it jellifies and the second is to add one tablespoon of honey and 2 of plain yogurt, and it is the one I am going to use. You can decorate as you please but it doesn't need decoration if you are going to share with the family. This cake is easy to make and very tasteful

Ingredients needed:

• 300 grams of plain flour
• 250 grams of sugar
• 200 grams of butter
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup of milk
• 1 lemon rind
• 1 tablespoon of honey
• 2 tablespoon of plain yogurt
• some drops of almond esence

Preparation:

• In a bowl place the sugar and the butter
• mix until very soft
• add the eggs one a time and mix
• once you have added all the eggs add the flour and the lemon rind
• add the yogurt and the milk
• mix well and place 3/4 part of the mixture in the tin to use
• add 1/4 cup of cocoa powder and some drops of the almond esence and the honey to the left mixture
• mix well
• add the chocolate part on top of the vanilla mixture
• move with a fork moving around the cake so that it takes the look of a marbled cake
• cook in the oven for 45 minutes, don't overcook
• cool and place in your favorite dish and decorate as you please
