One of my sons brought home these chops because he saw they had good price and he thought I will know how to prepare them. These chops are not usually a soft meat, but I had luck with these ones. I thought I can cover them with some spices and at the end I was going to add some pineapple syrup.
You have to make the syrup first. You will cook some pieces of pineapple with sugar and water. Cook until it thickens. Take the pineapple out of it and set apart for the end. You have to macerate the chops for one hour with the prepared spices. I recommend sesame oil because it gives a very tasteful flavor to the meat.
Serve them hot. I served them with Chinese rice and red cabbage slaw
