Recipe: keto bread in the pan

Hello, everyone. Hope you're all having a wonderful day.

It's been a few weeks since i last posted on this community and i thought that maybe it was time to post something since most of the things i post in Hive are recipes, but mainly in spanish which is my mother language.

I've been trying the keto diet the past few days and i must say i feel pretty good and like i have less cravings and i don't feel like **** after i eat, which says a lot, cause whenever i have pasta or pizza (which is my favorite food) i feel so tired afterwards, while on keto i feel great and i don't feel the need to eat like a beast, maybe i finally found a diet that i actually enjoy, who knows, time will tell, in the meantime i'm enjoying it.

I wanted to make some bread so i had to buy some almond flour which by the way is pretty expensive here in Argentina, i also bought coconut flour (expensive as well) but i just did the maths, i'm always like "eating healthy is so expensive" and then i go and order a pizza which costs exactly as much as 500 g of coconut flour or almond flour.

This is how i prepared my keto bread, maybe i did something wrong, i don't know, i'm new at this but i feel like i did a good job at keeping it keto, if you're a keto expert, please let me know how i did, i want to learn more.

. . . . . . . . . .

Ingredients for my keto bread

Coconut flour - 2 tablespoons
Almond flour - 1 tablespoon
Butter - 1 tablespoon
Egg - 2
Water - 2 tablespoons
Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon

. . . . . . . . . .

These are obviously eggs... i feel kind of silly for stating the obvious...

I used this coconut flour brand for the very first time and i really liked it.

Originally i wanted to do it just with coconut flour, but ended up mixing them and the result was great.

I added the butter, water powder and then i mixed... It should look something like this:

Since I don't have molds, I cut some of the aluminum foil and shaped it into a circle.

The smell was something else.

I had them with ham and cheese and a some avocado.

And this was the final result. I'm not a small guy, don't be fooled, i two of these but the first one i ate it inmediatly cause i was really hungry.

It tastes as good as it looks. Phenomenal.

Hope you all enjoyed this recipe. Promise i will try to post more often in this community cause i really love it and also sometimes i get in here to see what everyone else is doing and get inspired and that is great. Thank you all for that.

Hope you're having a wonderful week, until next time,

ANDY.
