Hello Hive Community. Great weekend, we have a hunger for apples here 馃崕馃崗. Here in Merida, up until a week ago, we could get national apples. My dad told me that there were apple trees on Urdaneta Avenue that he saw in October-November.
In December we bought several and they are a little more acidic, the curious thing is that they don't have seeds, which was ideal for Santiago, so we tried to find more to make a dessert with oats but we only got imported apples, with seeds hehe...same to Santi's taste, he likes them as long as they are yellow with red and we remove the seeds and any strange part
So much so, that he is the little mouse in the fridge that attacks the apples, I show you the evidence
Well, before I finished with the apples we made the oatmeal dessert, which actually took me longer to write the post than my son eating it
馃崕 Ingredients
2 apples
100g of oats
100g of oat flour
20g of cinnamon
250ml of oat milk
Sugar if you want
馃崕 Utensils
1 knife
1 pot
1 blender
1 chopping board
1 container to reserve
馃崕 Preparation
Wash the apple and cut the apples into small pieces, remember to remove the seeds and hard parts.
Blend the apple at medium speed with the oat milk until it becomes a watery puree
Then in a pot, add the previous mixture and add the oats, oat flour, cinnamon powder and sugar
Begin to mix until it thickens and comes to a slight boil, lower it from the heat
Add it to our container and let it cool to put it in the refrigerator.
Finally, when eating, you can add a slice of apple or granola to accompany it

Hola Comunidad Hive. Excelente fin de semana, por aqu铆 tenemos un af谩n por las manzanas 馃崕馃崗. Aqu铆 en M茅rida hasta hace una semana se consegu铆an manzanas nacionales, mi pap谩 me coment贸 que la Av Urdaneta hab铆an 谩rboles de manzana que las vio en Octubre-Noviembre.
En diciembre compramos varias y son un poco m谩s 谩cidas, la curiosidad es que no tienen semilla, lo cual era ideal para Santiago, as铆 que intentamos buscar m谩s para hacer una postre con avena pero solo conseguimos manzanitas importadas, con semillas jeje..igual del gusto de Santi, a 茅l le gustan siempre y cuando sean amarillas con rojo y le quitamos las semillas y cualquier para extra帽a
Tanto as铆, que es el ratoncito de la nevera que ataca las manzanas, les muestro la evidencia
Bueno, antes que acabara con las manzanas hicimos el postre de avena, que realmente tarde m谩s escribiendo el post que mi hijo comi茅ndoselo
馃崕Ingredientes
2 manzanas
100g de avena
100g de harina de avena
20g de canela
250ml de leche de avena
Az煤car si desean
馃崕 Utensilios
1 cuchillo
1 olla
1 licuadora
1 tabla de picar
1 envase para reservar
馃崕 Preparaci贸n
Se lava la manzana y se corta las manzanas en trozos peque帽os, recuerda quitarle las semillas y las partes duras.
Licuamos la manzana a velocidad media con la leche de avena hasta que quede un pur茅 aguado
Luego en una olla, agregamos la mezcla anterior y a帽adimos la avena, la harina de avena, la canela en polvo y az煤car
Empezamos a mezclar hasta que espese y haga un peque帽o hervor,.la bajamos del fuego
La agregamos a nuestro envase y la dejamos enfriar para meter en la nevera.
Finalmente al momento de comer le pueden poner una lonja de manzana o granola para acompa帽ar
