sponge cake

Sponge cake recipe:

1. 5 egg yolks
2. 2 egg white eggs
3. 75 g melted butter
4. 60 grams of sugar
5. 10gr of maize
6. grams of milk powder
7. 65 gr of flour

How to make :
Beat the eggs and sugar until thick and stir in the milk and corn mixture stir well. Then put the melted butter mix well on the pour in a 20x20 pan (in the photo I use size 22 so it's a bit short)
