SHELL OUT LOBSTER

Material :
Fresh / live lobster
Sweet corn, cut to taste
Onions, diced
Tomato sauce
Chili sauce
Oyster sauce
Lemongrass, geprek
Ginger, geprek
Citrus leaves, tear the leaves, discard the bones
Water is cooked to taste
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste
Right amount of oil
Egg 1 piece, shake

Ground spices :
Red onion
Garlic
Big Red chilli

How to make :

1. Boil water and ginger mashed until boiling. Enter the lobster, cook until it changes color. Lift. Set aside.
2. Sauté fine spices, lime leaves, ginger mashed and lemongrass until fragrant. Put enough boiled water, salt and sugar. Put sweet corn. Cook until cooked. Put egg whisk. Stir well. Cook until gravy thickens. Enter the boiled lobster. Stir well. Lift and serve
