Last year this time, I had a new job, my car tire exploded on the high way, and I was eating so much cake. Last year the girls kidnapped me for a day. We drove south to Miami for brunch and this year we drove north to pick some pumpkins.
This year has been full of surprises. Some of these surprises, now that I am looking back, are similar to last year. Some of these surprises, now that I look back twelve months are very unexpected and different than years prior.
