Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. In this post, I take everyone to my samll home garden. Five days ago in the evening I planted vegetables from seeds in small plastic pots. I planted many types of vegetables that day. One of them is cucumbers. I grow cucumbers in 5 small plastic pots. In each pot I will plant 2 cucumber seeds. And 4 days ago I used liquid for roots booster to water the plastic pots where I grow vegetables too. About 3 days ago the first cucumber germinated from seed. And and about 1-2 days later, the second and third cucumber germinated from the seeds too. But the second cucumber germinated in the same pot as the first cucumber. The third cucumber germinated from another plastic container. And other cucumber seeds in 3 pots have not germinate from seeds yet, I'm not sure if they will germinate from seed. I think in about 2-3 days, if the cucumbers from the other 3 plastic pots do not germinate from the seeds, I will plant new the cucumbers again.

The reason I had to grow my cucumbers in small plastic pots first was to prevent snails from eating them. I can put plastic pots to areas where snails won't eat them in the home garden. So I put them near the home. If the cucumbers grow bigger, I will move them into the soil in the future.
Dishes cook from cucumbers.
Cucumbers can be used in many dishes. In Thailand (my country), cucumbers are popularly used in stir-fried cucumbers with eggs in oyster sauce, spicy cucumber salad, clear soup with cucumber, cucumber stuffed with minced pork, eat cucumbers fresh, or use them as a side dish, such as a side dish in chicken rice, side dishes in various chili pastes.
But my wife likes to cook cucumbers in stir-fried cucumbers with eggs in oyster sauce the most. It's a favorite dish for kids. She also cooks clear soup with cucumber and minced pork, stuffed cucumber with minced pork in clear soup, eat cucumbers fresh or use cucumbers as the side dishs.
