INGREDIENTS:
● 1 egg
● 1 Cup of sugar.
● 0.5 tsp soda.
● 200 gr. butter.
● 2.5 cups of flour.
PREPARATION:
- Egg mix with sugar and soda. All carefully grind and mix.
- Add the oil at room temperature. Stir until smooth. Add the flour. Too, mix well and quickly knead the dough.
- Roll out to a thickness of 8 mm. Cut out cookies. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes. Will not overdo!
- Cookies should not be hard to crumble. On top it will crack the inside will remain slightly soft.
