Last night, I was sort of in a funk. Today was a complete reversal and I’m grateful for that. Not to get all Jordan Peterson about it, but my kitchen has been stressing me out. I took the time to clean it, do all the dishes and get things in order. Very productive Mirrorpool meeting in the afternoon and a small window for a midday nap, which I definitely took. Kickboxing with a 700 calorie burn and now I’m at caffetto@caffetto sorting out my nightly routine of blogging and illustration for upcoming NFT releases. It’s been a really good day.

I’m just going to share a few new photos from the recent collaboration with Moustache Jim and Lovely Organic Apothecary. I showed an early teaser from this shoot a few days ago. I’ve been trying to find time to edit a couple more. Photographers here on Hive with sympathize with me, I’m sure. It’s agonizing to finish a shoot that you know you completely nailed, then contend with traveling or other commitments that keep you from reviewing and editing the shots. So far, I’m loving everything I’m seeing.

I mentioned the pleasure it was to shoot with Moustache Jim. He’s a film photographer and everything for him, down to his attire, is of another era. Three piece suits, Hasselblad large format cameras and silver gelatin. It’s another world but I love and admire Jim’s work and I enjoyed seeing his process. Farah of Lovely Organic also has to be acknowledged for her vision and work with wardrobe, make-up, hair and all the production in the rotten fruit and decorations. The model, Danni, also let me put a scorpion on her face, so she was the MVP.

Just a few more photos for now. Next thing on the editing agenda is to start getting through some of the recent shoot I did with Victoria for Dark Pinup Act Two. Those images will be part of crafting and set rewards but there’s quite a few to process. Twelve, I think. Lastly, I wanted to share for anyone that’s been following this milestone, tomorrow is the day. 1:00p.m., I’ll be making my way to Eden Prairie to pick up my Tesla Model Y. Obviously, there’s a Hive post coming about that, but I’m pretty fucking excited!
