Hoy decidí retomar los entrenamientos, aunque de forma moderada y con descansos prolongados. Fue un entrenamiento súper corto, más para testear mi nivel actual. Claro, no voy a entrenar mucho ya que se supone que esta semana aún debería estar de reposo y retomar el lunes, pero ya no aguantaba más sin entrenar, así que me arriesgué hoy.
Me siento súper bien al poder volver a entrenar después de varios días, porque la semana pasada solo entrené un día estáticos y un día algunos básicos, pero nada del otro mundo. De verdad, me sentí muy bien entrenando hoy. El front lever lo sentí bastante ligero 🪶. La plancha es otra cosa para mí y me costó un montón, pero pronto espero estar al 100% y podré seguir avanzando en este elemento. También jugué un rato con el handstand.
De verdad, qué bien estar de vuelta.

Today I decided to resume training, although in a moderate way and with long breaks. It was a super short training, more to test my current level. Of course, I'm not going to train much since I'm supposed to rest this week and resume on Monday, but I couldn't stand it anymore without training, so I took the risk today.
I feel super good to be able to train again after several days, because last week I only trained static one day and some basic ones, but nothing special. I actually felt very good training today. The front lever felt quite light 🪶. The iron is something else for me and it cost me a lot, but soon I hope to be 100% and I will be able to continue advancing in this element. He also plays with the pine tree for a while.
