Desde que empez贸 la semana he estado entrenando interdiario, cuidando el ritmo porque he sentido una molestia en la zona lumbar. No quer铆a forzar demasiado, as铆 que cada sesi贸n la he tomado con m谩s conciencia, escuchando al cuerpo.
I started with the front push-up progression: first, fully engaging my core, then holding the repetitions with my gaze fixed on the point directly in front of me. I felt the tension in my back and arms, but also the satisfaction of maintaining the cleanest possible line.
Then I moved on to the plank. The key here was patience: firm arms, shoulders forward, and my core working hard. It wasn't easy, but every second reminded me that progress lies in consistency, even when it's time to reduce the intensity.
In the end, I finished the workout with the feeling that, although my lower back is forcing me to space out my training days, I'm making progress. It's not about training more, but about training better, and this week I've proven that.
