For today, I have made a dessert menu which is orange jelly, which I bring fruit in the room to make a dessert to add deliciousness. The process of making is very simple for this menu.

Raw materials and ingredients

1. 2 oranges
2. 300 ml fresh milk
3. 1 teaspoon Agar powder
4. 1 tbsp Sugar

Method

1. Take the oranges and peel them off.
2. After that, bring fresh milk to a boil, add sugar and agar powder, let the sugar and agar powder dissolve well.
3. After that, wait for the boiled milk to warm and pour it into the prepared container. It is recommended to use a plastic bottle. Because when the orange jelly is hardened, it will be easy to remove.
4. Cut the o orange jelly into pieces. and remove the seeds

สำหรับวันนี้ ฉันได้ทำเมนูขนมหวานซึ่งนั่นก็คือ วุ้นส้ม ซึ่งฉันนำผลไม้ที่มีในห้องมาทำเป็นขนมเพื่อเพิ่มความอร่อย ขั้นตอนการทำง่ายมาก ๆ สำหรับเมนูนี้

วัตถุดิบและส่วนผสม

วิธีการ

3. หลังจากนั้นรอให้นมที่ต้มไว้แล้ว อุ่น และเทใส่ภาชนะที่เตรียมไว้ แนะนำให้ให้เป็นขวดพลาสติก เพราะเมื่อวุ้นส้มแข็งตัวจะทำให้แกะออกมาได้ง่าย
4. นำวุ้นส้มมาตัดเป็นชิ้น และแกะเมล็ดออก
5. เสร็จสิ้น
