The EALT..can this be a thing? This sandwich is kind of the vegetarian cousin to the BLT, but with a twist. I used avocado, cherry tomatoes, lettuce, and mayo for the inside ingredients. The best part was cooking the egg into the bread.This was a little sandwich hack I came up with recently and it is so dang good. Try it out on any sandwich that's good with egg.
