A good replacement for sweet can be brownie - chocolate cake. It is a cake to which we don't give flour and sugar. For this we add to it ... red beans. It seems strange, but I assure you that it will be tasty :)
If you like decorating your food, you can finally add powdered sugar, fruit, sprinkles - whatever you want. For this cake, however, I recommend strawberries the most.
We heat the oven to 180 degrees. Then rinse the beans thoroughly and pour it into a large bowl. We add eggs, oil, bananas, cocoa, soda and xylitol and mix very thoroughly up to 10 minutes. We pour the already prepared mass into 2 molds and place in the oven for 40 to 60 minutes.
It tastes best when left in the fridge for a few hours. The finished bean brownie is very soft, fluffy, does not crumble and has a very chocolate flavor!
