@kley-sw, cada a vez me siento m谩s cerca de pegar las pull ups en front lever y los presses salen cabeza m谩s f谩ciles, hoy en espec铆fico entrene con 
@sw-yisus, me enfoque en corregir errores en la postura de la full planche. Y aprovech茅 para hacer un par de combos de est谩ticos full planche, straddle planche con flexiones, pull ups y presses de front con aguante y hefesto.
Me estoy tomando enserio los entrenamientos, en noviembre se acerca la falc贸n wars, ser铆a mi primera competici贸n si clasific贸, creo q participar茅 en la categor铆a de semi-pro, tengo que nivelar me con los dem谩s participantes, espero dar la talla, despu茅s de todo tengo un poco m谩s de un a帽o. @kley-sw's routine workouts. I'm feeling closer and closer to hitting front lever pull-ups, and the presses are getting easier. Today, in particular, I trained with @sw-yisus, focusing on correcting mistakes in my full planche posture. I also took the opportunity to do a couple of static full planche combos, straddle planche with push-ups, pull-ups, and front presses with a hold and hephaestus.
I'm taking my training seriously. The Falcon Wars is coming up in November. If I qualify, it would be my first competition. I think I'll participate in the semi-pro category. I have to match up with the other participants. I hope to be up to par. After all, I'm a little over a year old.
