Yes, now there are many instant drinks because they are more practical. So, what's so special about ginger tea that I'm going to tell you about?
The ginger tea that I drink this time is made from real ginger or fresh ginger. After we ordered ginger tea, the seller would make tea and then pick up the cleaned ginger. Then the ginger is mashed with a mortar and pestle. After that the ginger is put into the hot tea and stirred until smooth. Wow.. pure ginger tea like this that I rarely find in coffee shops.
This morning I was accompanied by my favorite ginger tea. You can see the ginger settling on the bottom layer of the tea. We can also take the ginger part. it's fresh ginger. When ginger tea is served on the table, we can immediately feel the fresh aroma of ginger.
Where do I drink this ginger tea? I drink ginger tea at a simple food stall in the corner of Medan city. The name of food stall is Bubur Ayam dan Ketoprak Cirebon - Medan, this food stall is on Stasiun Kereta Api Street, number 5C, Kesawan, Medan City, North Sumatera, INDONESIA.

This food stall sells breakfast. the main menu is ketoprak and chicken porridge. In the city of Medan, there are many sellers of ketoprak and chicken porridge, but here there are many visitors because there is fresh ginger tea. The location is quite far from my house. but for the sake of tasting ginger tea, I was willing to come.
For breakfast, I ordered ketoprak. Ketoprak is a typical Indonesian food originating from the city of Cirebon. This food consists of rice cake, rice noodles, bean sprouts, tofu with peanut sauce.
