I've been busier than usual lately because I'm now working mornings and afternoons, and then I have to do my second job after work. It's really exhausting, but I need ways to make money, and this is one of them. I hope I can balance things well because I also want to maintain my gym routine, although I might have to simplify it a bit to focus on what I need, since my time is so valuable now.
On another note, I'm trying to take personal notes because I've always liked to be prepared, in addition to being qualified for my job. They really gave me an opportunity here, and I'm creating my own inventory of the wines we sell, but I'm paying closer attention to details like the country and region of origin, the characteristics that the soil, altitude, environment, etc., contribute to the wines. The idea is to offer a personalized experience to buyers and give them something that truly resonates with them, which is why I also take advantage of every opportunity to learn and attend the training sessions and tastings offered at work. For example, today we had one of the San Pellegrino waters and also Acqua Panna, we tried them all, including some that come with flavors to be a replacement for soda and we also received information on how to combine them depending on what we want to highlight at the time of a meal.

Realmente aquí me dieron una oportunidad y estoy haciendo mi propio inventario de los vinos que vendemos pero evaluando mas los detalles como del país y región que son los vinos, qué características aportan los suelos, la altura, el ambiente, etc a los vinos. La idea es poder ofrecer una experiencia personalizada a los compradores y poder entregarles algo que realmente sí vaya con ellos por eso también aprovecho cada oportunidad de aprender y de asistir a las capacitaciones y catas que nos ofrecen en el trabajo. Por ejemplo hoy tuvimos una de las agua San Pellegrino y también Acqua Panna, probamos todas, incluso algunas que vienen con sabores para que sean un reemplazo de la soda y también recibimos una información de cómo combinarlas depende de lo que queramos resaltar a la hora de una comida.
