Burnt Cheese Cake
How can you not love Burnt Cheese Cake? I couldn't find any possibility why except you don't like cheese then it is fair enough you don't like the taste of the cheese cake. The texture of the burn cheese cake is so soft like cotton.
My first Burnt Cheese Cake was 3 years ago at The Tokyo Restaurant located at the Lot 10, Kuala Lumpur (Go to the top floor). You gotta try it if you haven't but don't go on the weekend because you will need to do prepare to queue for about 15 minutes to 30 minutes or more. The burnt cheese cake at the tokyo restaurant serve with whipped cream, not a typical whipped cream I would say because it is soooo soft. Due to the restaurant was super far from where I stay now therefore, I found my alternative place for burnt cheese cake.
Every now and then, I will go to the cafe just to enjoy a piece of the burnt cheese cake but can't eat every day because can easily gain weight. As for now, the obsession still on-going so for anyone who wanna meet up before 2020, let go for burnt cheese cake!
