The Importance Of The Street Workout Warm-Up
Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad SWC, en esta ocasión compartire con ustedes la importancia de los ejercicios de calentamiento antes de entrenar y algunos ejercicios.
Greetings dear friends of the community SWC, This time I will share with you the importance of warm up exercises before training and some exercises.
El calentamiento en el street workout es primordial, lo primero que tenemos que hacer antes de entrenar, nos puede ayudar a prevenir las lesiones en los músculos y el las articulaciones, para empezar el calentamiento debemos empezar con los movimientos mas suaves que no implican nada de fuerza y tensión.
The warm up in the street workout is paramount, the first thing we have to do before training, it can help us prevent injuries to muscles and joints, to start the warm up we must start with the softest movements that do not involve any force and tension.
Cabe destacar que faltaron algunos ejercicios buenos pero considero que puse a los mejores y más importantes porque las lesiones más frecuentes en el street workout son las articulaciones del tren superior, espero poder ayudarlos a prevenir las lesiones, yo soy una de esas personas que a sufrido lesiones por no hacer ejercicios de calentamiento y me gusta ayudar a los atletas para que no pasen por lo mismo.
It should be noted that some good exercises were missing but I consider that I put the best and most important because the most common injuries in the street workout are the joints of the upper body, I hope to help prevent injuries, I am one of those people who have suffered injuries by not doing warm-up exercises and I like to help athletes so they do not go through the same.
