This is a national mental health service provider here in Canada. It focuses on helping our veterans, first responders, and their families with things like PTSD and other trauma. It was a nice, crisp lager. Nothing too heavy, nothing too crazy. Got the job done and makes you feel extra good while drinking it. The brewer describes it as, "Crisp, clean, crushable and now charitable too!"
My partner and I got a sourdough making lesson from my friend, and that lovely loaf is one of the outcomes of our learning :)
We've acquired some starter and have fed it, so maybe later this week we'll try our hand at making some.
