Nuevamente tengo el placer de visitar la comunidad Wednesday Walk, y esta oportunidad coincide con un paseo que recorrí junto a mi casi esposa (faltan pocas horas) en la ciudad de Granada, España, precisamente un día Miércoles, un paseo luego de nuestro pequeño concierto en La Alhambra justo al caer la noche...

I remember that at the end of the concert most of the members of the choir planned to go to a viewpoint to watch the sunset, but we felt it was too much time just to appreciate an event, instead the city of Granada became very big and we wanted to get out and see it, besides, we needed some time for ourselves, so we got off the bus in an unexpected place, since we had taken the wrong route and we just walked and enjoyed the road while we went to our hotel...
Recuerdo que al terminar el concierto la mayoría de los integrantes de la coral planificaron ir a un mirador a ver el anochecer, pero sentimos que era mucho tiempo solo para apreciar un evento, en cambio la ciudad de Granada se nos hizo muy grande y queríamos salir a conocerla, además, necesitábamos un tiempo para nosotros solos, así que nos bajamos del autobús en un lugar inesperado, ya que nos habíamos equivocado de ruta y simplemente caminamos y disfrutamos del camino mientras íbamos a nuestro hotel...
It took us an hour to reach our destination, but we didn't feel tired because we were really happy. We just let our hands free to take pictures, and we took a lot of them, but the beauty of this trip was the pleasant company. Many times I went to enjoy the cities of Spain alone, but being with Jhoxiris is the perfect plan and everything looks more beautiful with him.
Nos tomó una hora llegar a nuestro destino, pero no sentíamos el cansancio porque estábamos realmente felices. Solo nos soltábamos las manos para tomar fotografías, y vaya que tomamos muchos, pero lo hermoso de este paseo fue la grata compañía. Muchas veces me fui a disfrutar de las ciudades de España en soledad, pero estar con Jhoxiris es el plan perfecto y todo se ve más bonito a su lado.
I always thought that Granada was the most similar place to Caracas, but don't get me wrong, I say it because of its people, the weather and the great history it has, it is an impressive place. I was pleased that it was not as cold as in other places, but neither is the heat we feel on this side of the Atlantic, yes, despite not being cold, the great mountain Sierra Nevada had a beautiful cover of nine very white, a spectacle I had never seen in my life. I don't know if you can see it in the background in the picture below:
Siempre opiné que Granada fue el lugar más parecido a Caracas, pero no me entiendan mal, lo digo por su gente, por el clima y por la gran historia que tiene, es un lugar impresionante. Me agradó que no hiciera tanto frío como en otros lugares, pero tampoco es el calor que sentimos de este lado del atlántico, eso sí, a pesar de no hacer frío, la gran montaña Sierra Nevada tenía una hermosa cubierta de nueve muy blanca, un espectáculo que nunca había visto en mi vida. No sé si puedan apreciarla de fondo en la fotografía que les comparto aquí abajo:
I don't know if life will grant us to walk these streets again, I hope so, but that's why we took advantage of every second of this trip, I remember that we slept little and walked a lot. Our marriage is tomorrow, but visiting Spain was like our honeymoon in advance. Granada is a special place, one of the few I would like to visit again and have more time to know, besides, I don't forget that it was in this city where I bought my new toy, Shakira's new album 😅 The only woman that stands in the way of our relationship...
No sé si la vida nos conceda nuevamente caminar estas calles, espero que sí, pero por eso aprovechamos cada segundo de este viaje, recuerdo que fue poco lo que dormimos y mucho lo que caminamos. Nuestro matrimonio es mañana, pero visitar España fue como nuestra luna de miel por adelantado. Granada es un lugar especial, de los pocos que me gustaría volver a visitar y tener más tiempo para conocer, además, no se me olvida que fue en esta ciudad donde compré mi nuevo juguete, el nuevo álbum de Shakira 😅 La única mujer que se interpone en nuestra relación...
