Today was one of those beautiful days in the blockchain, and is that I received my badge for having 7 years on the platform, which although it was not always called Hive is still the same path traveled since January 2018 when I landed here. Many things have happened, many changes, some good, some regular, but I'm glad to have stayed true to that faith I have in Hive and the future that is being built. Hoy fue uno de esos días bonitos en la blockchain, y es que recibí mi insignia por tener 7 años en la plataforma, que aunque no siempre se llamó Hive sigue siendo el mismo camino recorrido desde Enero de 2018 cuando aterricé aquí. Muchas cosas han pasado, muchos cambios, unos buenos, unos regulares, pero me alegra haberme mantenido fiel a esa fe que le tengo a Hive y al futuro que se está construyendo. I have gone through many personal things, illnesses, family tragedies, loss of friends and professional growth, but I have remained active on the platform. I went as far as doing a total power down for health reasons, but I've also managed to get to the dolphin level at another point in life. Most importantly, at some point I discovered that I liked content curation, and when the same community helped me in the worst moment of my life I decided to give back a little bit of myself in helping others who are also starting out. That made a difference for me and a different motivation than just generating profits for me, in fact I have made some good and real friends on the platform.
He pasado por muchas cosas personales, enfermedades, tragedias familiares, pérdida de amigos y crecimiento profesional, pero me he mantenido activo en la plataforma. Llegué a hacer un power down total por motivos de salud, pero también he logrado llegar al nivel delfín en otro momento de la vida. Lo más importante es que en algún momento descubrí que me gustaba la curación de contenido, y cuando la misma comunidad me ayudó en el peor momento de mi vida decidí regresar un poco de mí en ayudar a otros que también están comenzando. Eso marcó una diferencia para mí y una motivación distinta a solo generar ganancias para mí, de hecho me he hecho de buenos y reales amigos en la plataforma.
Today I just achieved a new personal goal, I received my badge for posting 365 days in a row, although it's already much more days than that number and I think I'll keep doing it because it's a passion for me. I also really enjoy the communities where I participate in moderating, Spooky Zone, DIYHub, Throwback Thursday and my beloved Hive Open Mic. I also collaborate in curation projects that make my experience more pleasant Liotes, La Colmena and OCD, to whom I am very grateful for the trust they have in me and the opportunity to be part of the team. The year 2024 was so phenomenal for me that I was able to embrace some Hivers outside Venezuela, something that was unthinkable when I started, so I can only tell everyone here not to give up, to insist on the platform and the people who make life on it, especially those who have the same goals as us.
Hoy acabo de lograr una meta personal nueva, he recibido mi insignia por publicar 365 días seguidos, aunque ya son mucho más días que ese número y creo que lo seguiré haciendo porque es una pasión para mí. También disfruto mucho de las comunidades donde participo en la moderación, Spooky Zone, DIYHub, Throwback Thursday y mi amado Hive Open Mic. También colaboro en proyectos de curación que hacen mi experiencia más grata Liotes, La Colmena y OCD, a quienes agradezco mucho la confianza que me tienen y la oportunidad por ser parte del equipo. El año 2024 fue tan fenomenal para mí que pude abrazar a algunos Hivers fuera de Venezuela, algo que era impensable cuando comencé, así que solo puedo decirle a todos aquí que no se rindan, que insistan en la plataforma y en las personas que hacen vida en ella, especialmente esas que tienen las mismas metas que nosotros.
