@jesus1sw, en esta oportunidad les quiero compartir un vídeo de motivación de estáticos, una recopilación de lo que han sido mis entrenamientos todas estás semanas, haciendo combos de Estáticos, front lever, victorian, plancha, y cada variante de esos movimientos, comparto esto para demostrar que nada es imposible en este deporte y que con disciplina y dedicación puedes lograr todo lo que te propones en esta disciplina, yo empecé a entrenar como hace 2 años, y nunca imaginé lograr todo este que estoy haciendo últimamente, lo veía imposible, se que me queda mucho camino por recorrer y mejorar, pero con dedicación y mucha disciplina he logrado estás cosas hoy en día, y seguiré entrenando para superar mis límites en cada entrenamiento, espero les haya gustado este post y les motive el vídeo, gracias 🔥💪🏻.
