I saw this video on "you know where" showing how this guy used Ramen Noodle packs, minus the flavor packets (I saved mine, I occasionally want some warm broth)
So today, I've tried it with my own spin. I didn't get quite the same ingredients he shows, but we'll see what it tastes like (it has just now come out of the over, see above image)
That is all the "buicuits" in one multi pack
HE didn't use Ricotta, but I don't see how it could be Lasagna without it
HE used pepperoni, but that was a bit pricey, so I browned 1 lb of Hamburger meat and mixed it with the spaghetti sauce and added some sliced Kalamata Olives over the top
Spread out the sauce, then spread out the Ricotta, then added the slices of Mozzarella and into the oven it went
Without tasting, I am concerned there wasn't enough liquid to fully expand the noodles
The noodles are indeed a little chewy, but overall, it is quite tasty
