I was absent for several days because my laptop was damaged, I had to take it to repair, were days a bit boring although I have things to do at home I needed to be a while browsing and listening to my favorite music, just yesterday they handed me the laptop and I'm catching up.

It is Sunday in Venezuela so the first thing is to share an easy and delicious recipe for Flan de Galletas, what I love about this recipe is that it is prepared in a microwave so that in a short time you will have a dessert to enjoy with your family.

ingredients:

• 17 Mary-type cookies or toast.
• 3 eggs
• 2 measures of a glass of water of milk (more or less 350 ml)
• 1 measure of the same glass of sugar (about 170 gr)
• Liquid candy for the mold

Preparation:

Put all the ingredients in a container (minus the liquid caramel) and beat it all until you get a homogeneous cream, caramelize a mold suitable for the microwave and pour the mixture, Cook 13 minutes at full power (in my oven are 800 w). Let cool and ready, You can also consume tempered or store it in the refrigerator for a few hours. Either way, it's great.
