Hi Hivers and food lovers! It is Monday, the beginning of the week. We have to eat well. But what does it mean to eat well? For me, eating well means taking in a little of everything. A little meat, a little vegetable, a little cereal, prepared healthily.

Today I was preparing an imaginative lunch. I say imaginative because I came up with the recipe during the preparation. I put in a lot of ingredients. My dish could at first glance be called “too much” or “an attempt of Asian food”. But only at first glance. 🙂 The ingredients were perfectly combined and together they gave full taste.

The taste was intense but light. I have to say, it was not my intention to prepare Asian food and this is not Asian food. And this could be confirmed by all people from Asia. But it is certainly a bit reminiscent of the Asian type of meal. So let's get started.

Green zucchini and champignons are needed for this dish.

In the meantime, I decided to add leeks as well, so I chopped everything up.

I cut the chicken fillet into strips.

And I prepared a marinade of whipped egg whites, a teaspoon of starch, a little water, spices, and sesame seeds. Of the spices, I added curry, parsley, garlic, ginger, Curcuma, pepper, and tarragon.

Don't think I forgot or threw the egg yolk. 🙂 I am not. It's here.

And I will tell you later how I used it. 🙂

Let's go back now to preparing the dish. I put the meat in the marinade...

In a deep frying pan or wok with a little oil, I fried the chicken first.

Then the vegetables...

And then all together. Heat treatment should not take long. About 10 minutes will be enough.

My choice of cereal today is rice and red lentils.

I cooked cereals as a side dish and prepared a sauce of olive oil, spring onions, garlic, tomatoes, honey, and balsamic vinegar. If we added soy sauce to this, maybe this dish would look more like Asian food, but I didn't have soy sauce, so this is definitely not Asian food. 🙂 But I have to admit that the dish turned out delicious. I will repeat it for sure.

And now ... Egg yolk. 🙂

I used it for crepes. I made dough for crepes from eggs, milk, and flour. When it comes to filling, I have an unusual way of filling crepes. I like the combination of Nutella, jam, and the indispensable ingredient - sour cream.

Try it, you will discover the amazing taste. Sour cream is a refreshing moment in the sweetness of my favorite dessert.

Thank you very much for reading.

The images and writing are original and mine.

Greetings!
