Which Sauce
A very important question for tonight. Which is the best sauce to go with a Chicken Schnitzel? There are some classics like mushroom, pepper, a white sauce, or cheese, and even a mustard sauce. Then there are a few left field ones like chilli, mayonnaise, tomato, BBQ, and plum. Here are two examples of a good Schnitzel with a nice sauce.
